Individual Circle of Security® Parenting™
The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program is an 8 week program, consisting of 60-90 min weekly sessions.
At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you.
Circle of Security Parenting Program is an internationally renowned individual or group coaching program that gives the tools and insights to read your kiddos’ needs underneath their behaviors. It provides a roadmap to strengthening your relationship with your children, and to embrace the perfectly imperfect journey of “good enough” parenting.
This 8 week program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
If you are interested in the COSP™ program, please book a discovery call or send me an email and we will get it all set up!
